The report you will receive is extensive and highly detailed, yet easy to understand and is a combination of checklist and narrative. It includes the condition of all the major systems and structural elements of the house. Items covered in the report include:

Well water testing (bacterial, metals, etc.) is now available at a nominal extra charge.
The report, in most cases will be finished at the office and can be mailed, express next-day mailed, or e-mailed to you. Most inspections will take 3 to 4 hours on average depending upon the size of the house. Digital photographs loaded on a CD will also be provided for any questionable items that are located in areas not easily accessable by the client at the time of the inspection. Armed with the information our report will provide, you can make your decision with confidence.
